Door to the past

A big thank you to all my followers - I'm almost at the 50 mark and never thought I'd reach that. Today,  I'd just like to post another pic of one of the 10 ATCs I made recently (see this post) so I could enter the challenge over at Fun with ATCs called Windows/Doors.

The paper is Websters Pages and the stamp is from Darkroom Doors Gothic Arches set which I don't use often enough.  The little balloon was part of a free stamp on the cover of a Craft Stamper and just fits nicely into the corner.  This was my favourite ATC and I hope the eventual recipient likes it.  Hope you do too and thanks for taking a look.

  1. Hoohoo, Margie,

your "door to the past" is absolutely lovely and I officially thank you for sharing this awesome ATC with us at FunwithATCs. But I also want you to know I love your ATC un-officially as well *LOL.

Where is the children's illustration from? It's sooo gorgeous and very much my taste!!! Love old illustrations too!

    Hugs,
    Claudia xx

    1. Thanks Claudia, I've sent you a longer e-mail explaining my hoarding habits but I think it might have been Prima Romantique or one of the Websters Pages petite papers.

  2. Hi Margie, the arch is a beautiful stamp and I love how you combined the children with the ABC and the ruler to make the scene look like a classroom or Sunday school. You have put so much detail into such a small space - it is wonderful. Hugs, Anne x

  8. Hi Margie. Thought it was time to come and visit one of my 'teamies' from OCC (I know all the others!).
Love this ATC with so many elements which work perfectly together in such a small space. It's a real little vintage scene.
    Have a great weekend,
